Last night, we got together with some friends and one of them brought a goat cheese pesto spread that was so good. My friend said it only used goat cheese, cream cheese, and pesto and he got it right from the internet. I did a Google search to get the exact proportions. Thank you, Epicurious!
4 oz soft mild goat cheese at room temperature
2 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1/4 cup pesto (store bought or homemade)
Mix all together until smooth. Serve with crackers.
